Our RV park accepts manufactured RV’s only. (No converted buses, destination trailers/park models, tiny homes, conversions or tents)

Site rates include up to 2 registered adults, 2 registered children (12 yrs and under), and 2 pets (dog/cat). Additional fees apply for additional adults ($10/per adult per day) and/or children ($5/per day/per child).

Maximum of 4 persons & 2 pets (dog/cat). Site rates are posted under the rates.

I understand that aggressive dog breeds are prohibited within Park. All service animals must have accredited certification.

Vehicles Policy

I understand no more than two vehicles per site. Please make other arrangements if you have a 3rd Vehicle.

All Residents staying longer than 1 month MUST go thru Tenant Screening.

Will you allow the Landlord or an agency of their choice to run a full credit check and/or criminal history?

There’s a $45.00 up-front fee (Cashier’s check, money order, or personal check) for this report.
Screening process can take between 1-3 business days.
If applicant(s) has had any credit or criminal problems, please explain. Failure to disclose any/all events will result in automatic declination.

Criminal/Credit Problems and Events:

Landlord and management abide by all Fair Housing Laws.

Checking this box indicates that the application hereby acknowledges that all information provided is true and applicant permits verification via independent 3rd party screening service (Propertyware). Angle Lake contacts past landlords as a reference.

Upon Application Approval

$300 Security Fee is due which is non-refundable if reservation is canceled less than 30-days before scheduled arrival date. $50 Admin Fee applied to cancellation if canceled more than 30 days. This Security Fee must be remitted 48 hrs after APPROVAL email/confirmation, otherwise, reservation will be automatically canceled.

A full Security Deposit will be due equal to the nightly, weekly or monthly rate depending on what you are requesting.

Proof of valid RV Insurance

Must provide at time of arrival the following: ID (Driver’s License, State Issued ID or Passport) for occupants over 18 years of age and Proof of valid RV Insurance (i.e., Declaration Page).

TWO full months

Must stay a minimum TWO full months to qualify for the monthly rate if booking May 1st thru September 31st, stays less than 2 months will not be at the reduced monthly rate.

30-days’ WRITTEN notice

Must give 30-days’ WRITTEN notice prior to vacating space and will be obligated to pay all site fees for that 30- day period. Failure to do so will result in full forfeiture of Security Fee.

All stays

All stays without an definite departure date will be treated as a month-to-month reservation assuming space availability.

Recreational Vehicle

Tenant specifically acknowledges and agrees that he/she is not renting a mobile home lot. He/she is renting a Recreational Vehicle space for a recreational vehicle which means a travel trailer, motor home, truck camper, or a camping trailer that is primarily designed and used as temporary living quarters, is either self-propelled or mounted on or drawn by another vehicle, is transient, is not occupied as a primary residence, and is not immobilized or permanently affixed to a mobile home lot. Tenant agrees that the Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act (Chapter 59.20 RCW) does not apply to his/her tenancy under this Rental Agreement, and waives any rights under Chapter 59.20 RCW.
